Ruxum is a wearable device with emergency service alerts. It is designed for senior citizens in India, who live alone permanently or temporarily. Ruxum provides the necessary peace of mind to both senior citizens as well as their children. When senior citizens need help, at the press of a button, their Ruxshaks (emergency contacts) can be alerted and notified through app based notifications*, SMS* or WhatsApp messages*. In case of unfortunate falls that are detected automatically**, alerts can be sent even without the press of the panic button.

When Ruxshaks arrive for help, they are guided through the emergency situation.
