Refunds & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS POLICY.

This Website offers for sale certain products (the “Products”) and services (the “Services”) sold and serviced by Ruxum Healthtech Private Limited and its partners (referred as “us”, “we”). By placing an order for Products and Services through this Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

I. Product Returns and Exchanges

Return Period: A Product may only be returned during a period of 7 days after receiving the Product. A Product may be returned only if it is not damaged and is placed in the original packaging box. Every return should be accompanied by the following so that we can look up the purchase transaction:

  • copy of the invoice
  • name of the purchaser
  • method by which the payment was made 

Exchange Period: A Product may only be returned during a period of 7 days after receiving the Product. A Product may only be exchanged if it is defective. To verify the Product is defective, please contact us through the app.

Shipping of Return: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over INR 4000 or USD 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Acceptance of Return: Ruxum reserves the right to reject any Product returned in damaged condition. We reserve the right to reject any Product that can’t be traced to a purchase.

Adjucation of Return: When a Product is received as a return, we will inspect it for physical, water, electrical or software damage. Based on the information you provide, we will attempt to track the return to a purchase. We will notify the purchaser by email that we have received the returned Product. We will notify you if we have decided to:

  • approve a refund
  • reject your return
  • issue an exchange

Refunds (if applicable): If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 4 business days. All refunds will deduct the cost of the transaction fees that Ruxum pays for the purchase and refund transactions.

Shipping of Exchange (if applicable): When an exchange is issued, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no cost to you. We will keep the item you returned to us.

II. Service Cancellations

You may cancel the Service at any time. However, we can only provide a refund for unused whole months less any transactions incurred by Ruxum.

If the purchaser has received an email from us accepting the returned Product, then expect a refund within 4 business days. If you do not receive the refund within 4 business days, please please contact us at refunds@ruxum.co.in.
