In case of an emergency, when Ruxshaks arrive to take care of the senior, they are provided with clear guidance in terms of medical protocol to follow, hospitals/clinics that the senior frequents and the medical information that they will need to provide to doctors.

Key medical information securely stored in the app

Ruxum can store, in the form of photos, multiple information heads that will be necessary like the senior citizen’s Aadhar information, current insurance policy details, current medication and allergies, if any.

Hospital/Clinic preferences

Every senior has preferences in terms of hospitals/ clinics/ doctors. Even if the visit to the hospital may be taking time, a home visit by his trusted doctor can quickly be arranged. The app allows you to enter trusted hospitals as well as preferred doctors.

Ambulance support

If the senior citizen has subscribed to any ambulance service, then these details can be made available to Ruxshaks through Ruxum mobile app.
